- PROJECT TITLE: CONSTRUCT BIG TOP 2 HVAC PROJECT MAGNITUDE: BETWEEN 1,836,250 AED ($500,000.00) AND 3,672,500 AED ($1,000,000.00) BID BONDS ARE NOT REQUIRED. SEE SCHEDULE (SECTION B) BREAKDOWN OF THE SCHEDULE ATTACHED. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. An organized site visit will be held for this specific requirement on the 30th of April, 2013 at 10:00am on Al Dhafra Air Base. Offerors will provide any questions or clarifications to the Contracting Officer pertaining to the scope of work prior to Close of Business on 6 May 2013, which is the deadline for all questions for this requirement, via email. All questions received after 6 May 13 will not be answered. Answer will be posted by 12 May 2013, on the FBO website. (See FAR Provision 52.236-27 for more information) THIS SOLICITATION IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Proposal due date 22 May 13. 3am Eastern Time is 1100 / 11am local time.
