Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation No. AG-32SD-S-13-0033 is issued as an RFP (Request for Quotation). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. (iv) This procurement is a sole-source procurement. The NAICs code is 325414. 750 employees is the small business size standard. (v) Provide microwell plates and immunoassay kits compatible with the SECTOR Imagers 6000 and 2400 laboratory analytical instruments, Meso Scale Discovery, division of Meso Scale Diagnostics, as follows: MULTI-SPOT 7 Spot Cytokine Custom Human SP 5plex Analytes: IFN-g IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, IL-17, 40 each; MULTI-Spot 4 Spot Cytokine Custom Human SP Duplex Analytes: IL-2, IL10, 40 each; Human RBP4 Kit (1 plate), 2 each; Human RBP4 Kit (5 Plate), 1 each; MULTI-SPOT 96 7-Spot Prototype Human SP 7plex Analytes, IGFBP-1, Insulin, IL-56, IL-8, IL-10, Leptin, TNF-a, 7 each. Include shipping. (vi) Delivery 2 weeks from order, to USDA, ARS, Western Human Nutrition Research Center; 430 West Health Sciences Drive, Davis, CA (vii) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
