- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The surgical microscope must feature motorized zoom & focus adjustment The surgical microscope must feature a variable working distance objective lens capable of focusing at working distances between 200- 500mm. The surgical microscope must feature an autofocus functionality. The surgical microscope must feature an electronically adjustable depth of field. The surgical microscope must feature a xenon light source with daylight-like characteristics rated at 180W. The surgical microscope must feature a backup light source of equal power as the primary light source in case of the first illuminator reaching end-of-life.
