Description

**AMENDMENT ONE IS TO CORRECT RESPONSE DATE** RESPONSES DUE 5/31/2013. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is 13-239-SOL-00022 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The Department of Health & Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for floor mat rental and delivery services. The Government intends to make an award without discussion therefore the initial quotation shall contain the offeror's best price. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government anticipates the award of one contract as a result of this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation and is determined to be the overall best value and most advantageous to the Government.
