Description

This is an amendment to the original October 6, 2011 and subsequent amendment to that synopsis which was issued on November 30, 2012. Starting on or after June 11, 2013, the Naval Systems Command Weapons Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to modify a Delivery Order under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with Bell Helicopter for the revised quantity of the items referenced below in support of the H-1 Helicopter. Bell Helicopter � Cage Code 97499/PO Box 482/ Fort Worth, TX 76101- is the only approved source for the items to be repaired under this contract. The Government does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase the repair of these items from other than the current source. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 �Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements � applies.
