Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contact and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with TestResources, Minnesota. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(4)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs 339114. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Services, NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is regitered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/.
