- Army Contracting Command - Warren is seeking industry input for the development of a solicitation for the Machinist's Measuring Tool Set (MMTS). This is a requirement for Product Manager - Sets, Kits, Outfits & Tools. MMTS is a soldier portable tool kit, consisting of 74 individual items, to support the needs of the Allied Trade Specialist 91E Metalworker.
