- Sources Sought Synopsis General Services Administration is seeking all viable and qualified contractors that have performed or have the capability to perform multiple sites installation of solar photovoltaic systems through Power Purchase Agreement using ESPC authority. The anticipated locations are to be at various Federal Government facilities throughout Northern CA and Nevada Area. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 221114 – Solar Electric Power Generation. The applicable classification code is S - Utilities and Housekeeping Services. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Interest contractors are encouraged to response not later than 12 Noon Pacific Time on June 10, 2013, and shall be electronically submitted to Thuy.Ta@gsa.gov. Responses should be limited to five pages in length and must include the informationinclude in the attachment.
