- THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business participation in this acquisition. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure maintenance support services for a T120 Superfrog Tape Library System. Under this requirement the contractor shall provide maintenance service support for T120 Superfrog and equipment that are internal to this system; which include: Quantity of 10 Drives, 2 QIPs and 120 slots Spectra Logic T120 SN TLB0510007. The designated NAICS Code is 334112, Computer Storage Device Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 employees. Your response shall include your company's name, size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice. The information should be sent to 355 CONS preferably via e-mail to Breysi.Stephens@dm.af.mil by 12:00 PST Tuesday, 28 May 2013.
