- Determination and Findings U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency, Office of Information Technology (OIT), Field Support Southwest Region is responsible for providing the operations and maintenance of the CBP Tactical Communications (TACCOOM) systems and has a requirement to purchase GS-100 Passive Infrared (PIR) Sensors with extension cables to be used in TACCOM sensor units. GS-100 PIR sensors and extension cables are needed for replacement of unserviceable surveillance sensors or other areas needed for coverage. The PIR sensors must be compatible with the existing system spanning the entire border of the United States.
