- Attachment 2 BASH Bridge Wide Area WorkFlow Worksheet Attachment 1 BASH Bridge PWS Dated 10 May 13 BASH Bridge Solicitation McConnell AFB currently has an "Urgent and Compelling" requirement for BASH & Wildlife Control service-a situation that must be resolved immediately. This is due to a recent contract termination coupled with an upcoming award of a new, long term contract not scheduled to start until 1 August 2013. This has created a 2 month gap in service, directly impacting our mission. Based on Market Research and due to previous interest in our BASH requirement, we are sending out this solicitation for a 2 month, BASH & Wildlife Control Service contract. The PWS scope for this requirement is less than the new long-term contract; i.e., no Land Owner Program, no data entry in AF database, no annual assessment, only 2 month POP, etc. Also, this is a Performance Based, Firm-Fixed Price contract. Therefore, there is limited time in which you can prepare a proposal for submission. Your solicitation package is attached and to assist you, some instructions are provided. 1. Please be sure to read all of the documents thoroughly and understand what you are submitting your proposal for. 2. Submit a completed copy of the attached solicitation document with the following information: a. Page 1, Block 12: Include your discount terms. b. Page 1, Block 17A: Along with your company name, point of contact, address and contact info, include your CAGE or DUNS code. c. Provide the unit and extended price of each Contract Line Item Number on page 3. d. Complete the Representations and Certifications on pages 6-19. e. Include additional supporting documentation - Past Performance information to include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Also, Letters of Recommendation are appropriate. Limit this information to no more than 10 pages. See FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions Provision. 3. Evaluation will be based on Price and Past Performance wherein Past Performance is significantly more important than Price (see FAR Provision 52.212-2). 4.
