- Sole Source Justification The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Mentor Graphics Corporation 8005 S.W. Boeckman Rd, Wilsonville, OR 97070-7777 to provide annual maintenance and software support for five (5) ModelSim SE/VHDL & PR/VHDL software licenses for a period of performance from 1 July 2013 - 30 June 2014. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received within five (5) days after the publication of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 511210.
