- Jopes Sustainment and Synchronization Sources Sought Notice The Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES) Program Management Office (PMO)is seeking information for potential sources for software engineering support necessary to "Do No Harm" to current operations and maintain multiple JOPES software baselines. Potential sources shall sustain, synchronize the JOPES baselines and provide minimal operational enhancements required for conventional war force planning & execution requirements of JOPES for the Joint Staff and Combatant Commands. Additionally, potential sources shall also provide transition support to the JOPES Modernization effort with regard to current and planned JOPES releases. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services with the corresponding small business size standard of $25.5M. This Sources Sought Synopsis is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from small businesses that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code. Vendors who wish to respond to this should send responses via email NLT June 07, 2013, 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to the Contracting Specialist, Nichole C. Cabral at Nichole.C.Cabral.civ@mail.mil and Kane Leedy shall be copied on all email submissions at Kane.E.Leedy.civ@mail.mil by the time and date outlined in this announcement. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five pages) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in this Technical Description.
