Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) to provide various medical gas to MTFs within USFK. The activity is located at Camp Carroll, Waegwan, Korea. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required, required delivery date for the orders is seven (7) days upon receipt of the order. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 325120. See attached list of items required. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office -Korea VIA EMAIL to unsuk.chong2.civ@mail.mil(or jean.k.ross.civ@mail.mil). TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the attached list of items and also provide a current copy of your price list (includes shipping cost) for the items,your capabilities statement and POC information (DUNS number, address, name) NO LATER THAN 10 JUNE, 3:00 P.M.Korea Standard Time(KST). Vendor MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the item(s) listed to be considered for this BPA.
