No telephone requests will be accepted. This synopsis is amended to change from a small business set-aside to full and open competition, allowing large businesses to compete. NOUN: Compressor Centrifuge; PRON: D13F0017D1, NSN: 4310-01-457-4464, PN: 13502407, Quantity: Min 75 / Max 225 each, plus 3 year IDIQ applicable to the Avenger Weapon System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Procurement Lead-time is 100 Days; Procurement Lead-time with Government Tested First Article is 320 Days. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
