- CDRLs EFBS Purchase Specification EFBS FA8224-13-R-0060 Solic. EFBS The United States Air Force has issued the request for proposals (RFP) and is seeking to purchase one (1) Evacuate, Fill, and Bleed Stand (EFBS) as described in FA8224-13-R-0060 solicitation, IAW Purchase Specification (PS) and associated documentation. Project title is Evacuate, Fill and Bleed Stand. Previously posted on FedBizOpps.Gov (FBO) in conjunction with project was the Pre-Solicitation Synopsis and Sources Sought Synopsis notice: see below for details.
