- Project is located on the Sandia Ranger District of the Cibola National Forest in Tijeras New Mexico. Project consists of constructing pumphouse and emplacing waterline connecting the Sandia Ranger District Helibase with the Village of Tijeras Public Water System. Contractor is responsible for all permits, licenses and insurance and permissions. There will be one site visit offered June 19, 2013 at 10:00 AM local time. This site visit is MANDATORY for all offerors.
