- Solicitation Number W81XWH-13-R-0051 will be issued on or about 21 May 2013 and proposals will be due on or about 28 June 2013 @ 3:00pm eastern. The Government's requirement is to acquire an environmental monitoring system and maintenance and support services. The proposal needs to show that all capabilities required in the performance work statement listed in the solicitation have been met. This will be for Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Silver Spring, MD 20901. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 and will be a total small business set aside. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 21 May 2013 at the following website: www.FBO.gov.
