- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-466-3771, 0049318791, Bearing, Roller, Needle, Part Number 423RS251. Currently, the approved sources are: Industrial Tectonics Bearings (cage: 06144) and Boeing Company (Cage: 77272). A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No Quantity Option. This is a Critical Safety Item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. It requires FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Note to Internet Subscribers: No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures. The final cdontract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
