- San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for the purchase of Blood Reagents. This requirement will be ordered on an as needed basis by the Ordering Officer. Ortho Diagnostic, Brand Name or Equal. Period of performance is from 01 Oct 2013 through 30 Sep 2014 with two (1) one year option periods. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures and FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for certain Commercial items. The applicable NAICS Code 325413 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. Solicitation will be posted on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Solicitation W81K00-13-T-0147 will be issued on or about 22 May 2013 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
