- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-13-R-1070, SC1000010772, NSN 6220-01-376-3676, Control. Unit of issue is each (EA). Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is MRA and the end item is Parent WSDC for all Army MRAP. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Approved sources of supply are Sprague Devices, Inc. CAGE 82484 part number E-003-036 and BAE Systems Tactical CAGE 0FW39 part number 12417597. Surge and sustainment is required and the AMWR is 33. Critical application applies. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 957 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 434 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 434 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 957 each. The maximum contract quantity for the base year and each option years combined cannot exceed 7,400 each. The requested delivery is 113 days ARO. The final contract award decision will be based upon Price and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at destination/destination. Shipment can be to any DLA stock location within the Continental United States (CONUS). Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 “Conditions for evaluation & acceptance of offers for part numbered items” applies.
