Company, CAGE 91750; Craft Manufacturing and Tooling, CAGE 0CMM5; and ICES Corporation, CAGE 1V8G8. Configuration Control Applies; Boeing Rights Guard; Export Controlled Item; Government First Article Test; Item is a Critical Application. Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 92 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 154 days ARO; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package.
