Description: Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, material and equipment required to remove the existing 405 sy of Administration Building carpet and replace it with a Shaw Contract Group color play tile carpet, multi-level pattern loop as per the enclosed specification and drawings. Contractor will also be responsible for the disposal of all material removed. Option 1 will be the removal of 158 sy of existing carpet from the power plant control room and replace it with Colonial Series/Mission Critical Flooring a Static Smart ESD Modular Carpet Tile. Colors to be determined by the government.
