SF 1442 Solicitation- Conformed through Amendment 02 FA4610-12-R-0001-0002 Mini-SABER Amendment 02 Attachment 6- Coefficient Worksheet Attachment 5- VAFB Landfill Acceptance Standards Attachment 4- San Mateo County Wage Determination Attachment 3- Santa Barbara County Wage Determination Attachment 2- VAFB Facility Excellence Standards Attachment 1- Specifications Amendment 02 to Solicitation FA4610-12-R-0001 "Mini-Saber". Amendment 02 removes Option (CLIN 1001) from solicitation along with all associated option clauses and provision. Also, attachment 3 and 4 Wage Determinations for Santa Barbara County and San Mateo & Monterey Countries have been updated. Please submit a revised proposal (complete co-efficient worksheet Attachment 6 for the base year) regardless of whether your original submitted co-efficient for the base year has not changed. Revised proposal are required no later than 4:00 PM PST, 28 May 2013
