- All bids shall be recieved by COB June 21, 2013 at 5:00pm Eastern Time. Please email for the bid pachage. THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY SCOPE OF WORK Subcontractor shall provide the following: Subcontractor shall provide all labor; materials to complete this scope of work here-in at Edison Job Corps Center. There will be a scheduled walk thru on May 31, 2013 at 9:00am for any proposed bidder. The existing single ply main roof of the cafeteria is deteriorated and leaking. SOW: A roofing consultant should be obtained to make recommendations, coordinate the installation, and inspect the phases of the installation. Remove the existing single ply roof. Install 13,100 SF of fully adhered TPO roof system with polyisocyanurate insulation and set in mastic recommended by the manufacturer. The membrane should be a strength of 35 kN/m minimum. All materials shall be kept warm if delivered in cold weather. Provide flashing as required. Remove 2 existing scuppers and install new. Install 4 new 6" roof drains connected to existing pipes. Provide walk way pads to existing units. Provide 20 year NDL manufacturer warranty.
