Agency: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Location: North Service Center (1PK) Request for Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Maintenance and Repair Services at the following locations: E.S. Muskie Federal Building, Augusta, ME M.C.Smith Federal Building, Bangor, Me U.S. Custom House, Portland, ME E.T. Gignoux Federal Courthouse, Portland, ME This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business and will be issued as a negotiated procurement using FAR Part 15 source selection procedures. The resultant Contract will be for a period of one (1) base year with up to four (4) pre-priced option years for a total potential performance period of 5 years. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 and the size standard is $14 million. The requirement is to provide maintenance and repair services on mechanical systems of a type typically found in modern office buildings. A requirement includes responding to emergency situations within a timeframe typical of a professional office building. In addition to the mechanical maintenance and repair services identified in the solicitation there are requirements for establishing and administering a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as part of a service request processing function. It is important to note that this is an out of cycle re-procurement, The RFP will be issued on or about 05/29/2013.
