- Items Descriptions Items List - part#'s This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F9L3CE3127A003 (subject to availability of funding); this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40 and Defense DCN 20060711. This acquisition will be full and open competition based upon the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610. The business size standard is 100 employees. This is a request for quotation on items as per attachment. The delivery location is 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115. Upon award the contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with the customer. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial.
