Description
This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation, with a base and four option periods, for one NSN. The NSN is 1680-01-502-0854, Bell Crank, IAW Northrop-Grumman (CAGE 26512), drawing 160D627110, Rev "G," part number 160D627110-5. Approved sources are Capy Machine Shop (CAGE 0BVP9), Miller Stuart Inc (CAGE 52977), Thomas Instrument Inc (CAGE 5H860), Aerometals (CAGE 32664), Design/OL (CAGE 0R2T5), Tens Machine (CAGE 8P689), Prodyne Inc (CAGE 3Y0A9) and Apex Manufacturing (CAGE 2V343). FOB Destination. Estimated Annual Quantity is 216 each. This will be a stock buy contract. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery for this item is 425 days ARO or best possible for the production units. Item is Configuration Control, Critical Item Application, Export Control, Source Control, and is an Air Force Critical Safety Item. A government First Article (FAT) requirement applies. FAT delivery is required in 180 days ARO. It is anticipated that this procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. PPIRS-E-Proc applies. Full and Open competition (after exclusion of large sources) applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 5, 2013. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about July 5, 2013.
