- Description
- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete this project. The principal components of work include construction of a site built 188' x 120' pre-engineered steel building and its foundation system, addition, and removal of fencing, vertical pivot entry gate, grading, aprons, site utilities, and substation equipment. The work is located near Glendive, Montana. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work is to be completed within 270 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 5, 2013, and the projected bid opening date is June 9, 2013.
