- This notice is for informational purposes only; therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply. This project is restricted to the four (4) previously selected MATOC contractors only. These contractors and their current contract numbers are: PRUS Contracting W912QR-09-D-0049; FutureNet Group, Inc. W912QR-09-D-0050; Q.B.S., Inc. W912QR-09-D-0051; T&T Construction Enterprises, LLC W912QR-09-D-0052. Plans and specification information are available for download at www.fbo.gov. An interested vendors list is also available at www.fbo.gov. The US Army Corps of Engineers does not have a bidder/plan holder list. IAW FAR 36.204 (Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects), the price range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
