- Sole Source Justification This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to ALLERGAN MEDICAL. This requirement is for the purchse of Botox injection used for medical procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received afrer the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the puepose of determining whethter to conduct a cometitive procurement. Responses via email ONLY to shoko.tsukayama@med.navy.mil no later than 29 May 2013 at 7:00 AM JST. No telephone request will be honored.
