- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis the following: Signal Generator System with Software Service, Qty: 1. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Respond by mail to NAWCWPNS, Code 220000D, Attn: Jennie Norris, 429 E. Bowen Rd. - Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108, or fax to (760) 939-3095. Email response is preferred. The solicitation will be issued on or about 21 May 2013 and will be available on http://www.neco.navy.mil. This is a modification of the previous Sole Source Synopsis for these items, and will be competed among qualified distributors of National Instruments part numbers, listed in the Solicitation.
