Description

The National Park Service is seeking proposals from interested individuals and organizations to lease the Cliff Park Golf Course, nine-hole golf course located at 155 Cliff Park Road, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337. The nine-hole, par 35, golf course sits on approximately 45.3 acres. The lease term will be for ten years. Detailed information is contained in the full Request for Proposals (RFP), available on the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area website at: http://www.nps.gov/dewa Click on Leasing Opportunities. All proposals must be received no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, July 26, 2013. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to: Superintendent, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Bushkill, Pennsylvania 18324, Attn: Cliff Park Golf Course Proposal. Fax and email submissions will not be considered. A site tour of the offered property will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013, at 10:00 am.
