- FA4855-13-R-0007 Amendment 0001 Solicitation FA4855-13-R-0007, Civil Works IDIQ, Cannon AFB, New Mexico This is the solicitation for the Civil Works IDIQ at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The work consists of the contractor providing all parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the following work: asphalt & concrete paving, crack sealing, joint sealing, spall repairs, pothole repair, replace curbs & gutters, replace sidewalks, pavement markings, base course & sub-base work, excavation, electrical support, landscaping, utility construction & utility repair. The resulting contract will be fixed price with economic price adjustment. The primary NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5M. The magnitude of this contract is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 over the potential of five years (12-month base year period and four (4) option periods of 12-months each). This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.502-2 and set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This solicitation and any amendments are paperless and will be available on the internet only. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement as all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website. A site visit will be conducted at Cannon AFB on 11 June 2013 at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), for the purpose of explaining the concepts involved with the project. Additional information on the site visit can be found in Section A of the solicitation.
