- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION IS INCLUDED WITH THIS SYNOPSIS. Solicitation W912P9-13-T-7080 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ), and is advertised as quote mark UNRESTRICTED quote mark.. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The US Army Corps of Engineers - St. Louis District is seeking to obtain systems furniture and associated design, delivery and installation services for approximately 1850 square feet (SF) of recently renovated office space in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) provided in the attached solicitation. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. The basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The applicable NAICS code is 337211 and the size standard is 500. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be 29 May 2013 at 10:00 AM. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA). Electronic copies or fax copies are not permitted. Potential offerors are responsible for checking FBO web site at www.fedbizopps.gov for the solicitation package. Offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/htm or www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) will be activated and may be accessed and printed from the FedBizOpps web site. Prospective offerors who would like their company name included on the IVL list may do so on the Fedbizopps website under IVL. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. All interested parties MUST be registered in the System Award Management Database (SAM) in order to receive a contract award.
