Description: Request for Quote for Hewlett-Packard Branded Equipment for the Tower Information Management System (TIMS) Please furnish a quote for the work as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Parts List and Terms and Conditions. The Parts List shows the individual parts that make up a whole œUnit. The Quote should be a complete aggregate total of one price for each œUnit , inclusive of materials and labor (fully burdened including all materials, labor, shipping, etc.). Pricing should be quoted as F.O.B. Destination to the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK 73169. The FAA is requesting a pricing breakdown, including any volume discounts as follows: QtyPrice EachTotal Price 5 Units$______________$__________________ 6 Units$______________$__________________ 7 Units$______________$__________________ 8 Units$______________$__________________ 9 Units$______________$__________________ 10 Units$______________$__________________ If there are any additional volume discounts beyond the quantity of ten, please state pricing for each (i.e.: @ 12 units, the price would be ¦) Delivery Timeframe It is required that three units are delivered by 07/01/2013, with the remainder delivered by 07/15/2013. If you cannot meet this delivery timeframe, please state your expected delivery timeframe. Evaluation and Award Evaluation will be determined by how many offers are received and pricing points as outlined above. The FAA has limited funding and may purchase any quantity based upon quotes received. Award will be made to the lowest aggregate total within allotted funding for this project, based upon quotes received and quantities that funding will allow. A higher consideration may be placed on vendors that are able to meet the delivery timeframe as shown above. Delivery may be considered more important than price for evaluations, and therefore, the FAA reserves the right to award to a higher offeror based upon delivery timeframes. There is no set-aside for this project, therefore, it is posted under œFull and Open Competition. All business classes are able to compete for this acquisition. NOTE TO VENDOR: Please submit a quote (you may use your company ™s letterhead), incorporating the attached œTerms and Conditions Sheet for this requirement and the breakdown as shown above. Terms and conditions which differ, in part or in total, from those contained in this document will not be considered nor accepted by the Government. The terms and conditions herein may only be changed as a result of price negotiations, quantity / payment discounts offered by the Vendor, or changes to delivery terms / schedule for the supplies / services required as agreed to by both parties. In these instances, the Contracting Officer shall clearly document any agreements in the contract for the benefit of both parties prior to contract award.
