- 60' Color Photo Product Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 483-13MR-7169 and is issued as a request for proposals. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. This is a total small business set aside with an associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 423490,Office Machines, text processing systems, & visible record equipment, with a small business size standard of 100 employees. The following brand name or equal item is being sought (see specification attachment): CLIN 0001 - HP Designjet Mode Z6200 60" Photo & Grapics Printer w/warranty CLIN 0002 - Delivery, set-up, training Delivery must occur within (2) weeks after receipt of order. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JUNE 2008), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, which is incorporated by reference. FAR 52.212-4 (JUNE 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212-5 (JULY 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable and the following identified clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.203-6 Alternate I, FAR 52.219-6; FAR 52.222-3, FAR 52.222-19, FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-35; FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-37; FAR 52.225-1, FAR 52.225-3, FAR 52.225-13, and FAR 52.232-33. The FAR may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/ The Government will award a contract resulting from this request to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the request resulting in the best value to the Government. Offerors are required to be registered via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the internet site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Deadline for Quotes must be received by Tracey Cross, no later than 12:00PM (ET) on May 29, 2013. Quotes will be accepted via email at: cross.tracey@dol.gov. Quotes must remain valid for a period of 45 days after the close of this combined synopsis/solicitation. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist by May 28, 2013 at 10:00AM (ET). Phone calls will not be accepted.
