- NSN: 6220-01553-3160 - Light Assembly, Indicator being bought in accordance with Golight Inc. (07RN5), P/N 2049M24M, or General Dynamics Land Systems - Force Protection Industries (1EFH8), P/N 3009153. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. The required quantity is 1,000 each; to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. FOB destination and inspection/acceptance at destination is required. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available on or about 06/10/2013 at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. The required delivery for 1,000 each is 45 days. The item in this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
