- The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (AFLCMC/HNCK) hereby give notice of intent to award a commercial brand named Firm Fixed Price contract as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) soliciting from a brand name source to satisfy agency requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 332999, Size Standard, Number of Employees 750. Solicitation FA8307-13-Q-0080 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 effective 1 April 2013. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the acquisition of Automatic Cryogenic Rectifier (ACR) relief valves manufactured by CIRCOR: Line Item 001: Two-Hundred (200) Aluminum Check Valve / part number 259A-1PP-.15 Line Item 002: Twenty (20) Manual Hand Valve / part number 9532-B-2PP Line Item 003: Twenty (20) Relief Valve / part number 5132B-2MP-200 Line Item 004: Thirty (30) Relief Valve / part number HP559B-2M-250 Line Item 005: Twenty (20) Relief Valve / part number 5132B-2MP-400 Line Item 006: Sixty (60) Relief Valve / part number 559B-2MP-25 The vendor shall propose for all Line Items to be considered for contract award. The Government intends to make an award by 30 June 2013. Delivery requirements will be F.O.B. Destination: 230 Hall Blvd. Bldg. 2028, ste 218 San Antonio, TX 78243 Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit a written quote to include discount terms, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database, no exceptions.
