- Description
- The 934th Airlift Wing (USAFR) will be soliciting for Project #QJKL 11-0010A, Repair EOD Facility Bldg 750 & Project #QJKL 12-0012, Construct addition EOD Facility Bldg 750. One contract is anticipated to be awarded encompassing both projects. Work to be performed within NAICS code: 236220 size standard $33.5M. Work to include (but is not limited to) demolish and replace interior of building 750 including comunication, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm components, etc. and the addition of a new pre-engineered metal building. Location will be at bldg. 750, at Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis MN. Performance period is 365 days after Notice to Proceed issuance. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is contemplated IAW FAR part 14 with a 30 day response time after issuance. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Part 19.5, and is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, competitive IFB. Magnitude of acquisition is between $1M and $5M. Note: Project #QJKL 12-0012 is subject to a statutory cost limitation of $750,000.00. The solicitation will be available via electronic means only, on or about 15 April 2013. The entire solicitation will be posted at this website https://www.fbo.gov or a CD-Rom containing the entire solicitation will be available by written request to the Contract Specialist identified herein. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. NOTE TO OFFERORS: Funds are now available for this project. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (SAM) database to be eligible to receive award http://www.sam.gov and have completed the On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at that site. Planholders lists will not be maintained, interested vendors should sign up on this web site in the "Interested Vendor" tab to receive update notices or "watch" this opportunity. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor all changes made to this project at this website for all current information and changes.
