- The U.S. Government has a requirement for lodging services in support of the Commanding General Marriage Enhancement Retreat for SOCSOUTH Military personnel. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. The size standard is $30M. It is the Governments intent to issue a firm fixed price type contract resulting from this requirement. Event dates are 6 Sep through 8 Sep, 2013 in Marathon, Florida. The requirement consists of the following items: 1.Conference and Meeting Room (Sep 6 - Sep 8, 2013) 2.Twenty Five (QTY 25) Regular Rooms (Self Pay) 3.Twenty Five (QTY 25) Contracting Rooms 4.Meals - Breakfast (QTY 150), Lunch (QTY 100), Dinner (QTY 50), Ice Breaker (QTY 50) The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 28 May 2013. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
