- : ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Joann Detchemendy, Contract Specialist, email: joan.r.detchemendy.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3F0377AX; NOUN: Fold Set, Rotary Win; NSN: 1680-01-545-5596; P/N: 1006188A; Minimum Base Quantity: 150 each with up to 100 each for each year for a total maximum quantity of 550 each; 5 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 150 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 100 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 150 each 280 DACA and up to 100 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
