- Road Maintenance, Repair, Decommissioning, and Rotomilling IDIQ Fishlake National Forest This contract is for road maintenance, repair, improvement, and decommissioning work to be performed on the Fishlake National Forest. The Fishlake National Forest is located in south-central Utah, with its headquarters in Richfield, Utah. The forest is divided into four separate Ranger districts, with district offices in Fillmore (Fillmore District), Loa (Fremont River / Teasdale District), Beaver (Beaver District), and Richfield (Richfield District). A Forest Visitor/Travel Map may be acquired from the Fishlake National Forest at 115 East, 900 North, Richfield, UT 84701, telephone: 435-896-9233. This source selection procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award up to two (2) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. Term of the contract will be one (1) base year pluse four (4) option years. This contract requires the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance, repair, improvement, and decommissioning work in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions provided herein. The combine project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Systems for Award Management (www.sam.gov) database and have proper bonding capability before being eligible to accept an award. The solicitation for this project will be available for download on or after June 7th, 2013. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CONTINUALLY VIEW THE WEBSITE FOR ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED TO THE SOLICITATION.
