- NSN: 2840-01-365-5995, Compressor Blade. Pratt and Whitney cage 77445 or 52661 P/N 4081611-01. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 430 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Firm-fixed contract. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Required qty is 5,265 each The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
