The only location requesting Digital Video (HD) is Strategic Communications (Public Affairs) Office located at Del Rio Sector HQ. c.What Digital TV Service are you requesting? Digital service being requested is basic cable with all national and local news. Digital TV Service being requested is located in the Strategic Communication (Public Affairs) Office at Del Rio Sector HQ. i.Is there currently Digital TV Equipment in place? Currently the Strategic Communication Office (Public Affairs) has analog service. Digital TV equipment is not in place. ii.Is inside wiring required? Wiring for current service (analog) located in the Strategic Communication Office (Public Affairs) is in place. d.What Broadband HSD Service are you requesting? Information is located in SOW, 5.1 Table (Site Requiring Installation & Services) i.What bandwidth is required? Information is located in SOW, 5.1-Table (Site Requiring Installation & Services) ii.How many users are at each location? The amount of users for the wireless Broadband will vary at times within the Strategic Communication Office (Public Affairs) but at no one time should it exceed 10 individuals. All other locations (with the exception of Strategic Communication) identified in SOW, 5.1 Table (Site Requiring Installation & Services) as ?Stand Alone? Broadband HSD connections will have only one user per connection. iii.Is inside wiring required? Wiring for both types of Broadband HSD Service (10mx2m and 15mx2m) is in place for current services. e.Need to identify how large of an area must be covered at each location for both wireless and WiFi capabilities. Only 2 locations require wireless and WiFi capabilities. The wireless (Broadband HSD) service for the Strategic Communication Office (Public Affairs) covers an area of approx.. 3,000 sq. ft. The WiFi service requested for the Sector Staff area should cover an area of approx. 6,000 sq. ft. f.Same thing with the HotSpot Internet service. What is the area size that requires coverage, as well as what bandwidth is required? Current Hot Spot Internet Service supports the our current WiFi and the Hot Spot considered an ancillary to the WiFi service.
