- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work site is located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pokegama Recreation Area, and two miles west of Grand Rapids, Minnesota in Itasca County. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the specifications. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials required to power wash, bleach and stain the office building and utility shed as specified in the Solicitation.
