- The purpose of Amendment 0004 to Request for Information (RFI) W31P4Q-13-R-0127 is to change the POC for general questions reqarding this RFI from Tammy Benson to Chiquita N. Porter at chiquita.n.porter.civ@mail.mil. The second purpose of this amendment is to answer the following question: Question 1: Can I bring the hard copy and electronic copy to the provided address? If it is a physical delivery, where is the office related to the address? Answer 1: Repondents, as stated in the RFI, should provide both a hard copy and an electronic copy of their responses.
