- Description
- Road Maintenance, Repair, Decommissioning, and Rotomilling, Dixie National Forest IDIQ This contract is for performing road maintenance, road milling and repairs and decommissioning on the Dixie National Forest. The Dixie National Forest is located in Southern Utah, with the Headquarters in Cedar City, Utah. The forest is divided up into 4 Ranger Districts, with District offices in St. George (Pine Valley District), Cedar City (Cedar City District), Panguitch (Powell District), Escalante (Escalante District). This source selection procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award up to two (2) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. Term of the contract will be one (1) base year pluse four (4) option years. This contract requires the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance, including road reconditioning and the cleaning of cattleguards, ditches, and catchbasins in compliance with these terms, specifications, and provisions. Cattleguards shall be free of debris. Catchbasins shall be cleaned of all debris and sloped back to the area that has already been disturbed. The combined project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Systems for Award Management database and have proper bonding capability before being eligible to accept an award. The solicitation for this project will be available for download on or after June 7th, 2013. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CONTINUALLY VIEW THE WEBSITE FOR ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED TO THE SOLICITATION.
