RFP SPE4A613R1069, SC 1000010827, RFx 4000204029. This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5995-01-548-5758. DLA Aviation is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contracts for contractor supply for NSN 5995-01-548-5758, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL, in accordance with Centroid, Inc. (CAGE 21856), p/n 1534AS1320-2; DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. (CAGE 27456), p/n 1534AS1320-2; DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. (CAGE 60118), p/n 1534AS1320-2; Marvin Engineering Co., Inc. (CAGE 32067), p/n 1534AS1320-2; and Raytheon Technical Services (CAGE 072E5), p/n 1534AS1320-2. NAICS for FSC 5995 is 334419, SB size is 500 employees. This NSN is not commercial. NSN 5995-01-548-5758 is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI) and has Critical Application Item. Solicitation will be for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), to include a term of base year of 12 months and four option years. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders. The requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. A delivery of 240 days ARO is required. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. Surge is not required. Packaging requirements will be in accordance with the MILSPEC cited in the solicitation. Specifications or plans or part-numbers related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. Configuration Control applies. Buy American Act applies. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Total Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for NSN 5995-01-548-5758 is 148 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 15 EA in base year only. Maximum contract quantity is 1,110 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
