- The Royal Saudi Air Force - Integrated Fleet Support (IFS) contract is Sole Source directed in support of a Foreign Miliary Sales case as directed by Letter Offer and Acceptances (LOA). The country directed source for Integrated Fleet Support (IFS) is Al Raha Group for Technical Services (RGTS). The main objective of the IFS program is to obtain comprehensive material management of unclassified spares and support equipment required to support base stand-ups and continued F-15 RSAF operations.
